Questions about the BELSERS
Are the packages cheaper than individual bookings?
With the packages you benefit from a discount on the accommodation price and, if applicable, from additional services such as (early check-in, chocolates in the room).
Can the offers only be booked at certain times?
Some packages can only be booked seasonally, such as the “Bike&Relax” offer. Other offers are valid permanently. The most current and valid packages are always suggested to you via the booking route under “Specials” (below the rate selection).
Can I customize a package (e.g. additional nights, different room category)?
When booking a package, you can always book additional nights at a special price. You can select the room category yourself in advance in the overview.
Do the offers also apply to children or families?
Yes, but the package price is always based on adults.
Are drinks or meals included in the offer?
The package always includes at least breakfast. Further services can be found in the respective package description.
Are there special offers for corporate clients or groups?
Corporate customers or groups benefit from special rates and booking conditions. Packages are not included.
What happens if I cancel a package?
You can cancel free of charge within the free cancellation period, thereafter subject to the cancellation conditions. These can be found in your booking confirmation.
Can I combine several offers?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. You are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail for an individual offer.
Can I book an offer without an overnight stay?
Currently there are only offers with overnight stays. Offers without overnight stays are still being worked out. Stay up to date and sign up for our newsletter.
