Our foundation stone
The ground-breaking ceremony for the new hotel on the Neckar marks the start of an important chapter for Nürtingen. A place of encounter, relaxation and culinary delights is being created on the historic Melchior site – a hotel that is open to guests from all over the world as well as people from the region. The project was initiated by the Belser family in 2017 and realized in close cooperation with the city, the local council, the citizens’ initiative and numerous regional partners.
The hotel should be more than just a building: it stands for community, hospitality and well-being. The saying immortalized on the foundation stone “Those who enter come with wishes – those who stay inside find peace and joy – those who leave are fulfilled” reflects this vision.
