When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
You can check in from 16:00. Check out is possible until 10:30 am.
How can I check in?

Our self check-in terminal is available 24 hours a day.
What is the guest web app?
As it is browser-based, it works like a website and can be conveniently saved on the home screen of your smartphone.

Are there extra beds or baby cribs?
Yes, we have extra beds and baby cribs available.
Are pets allowed in the rooms?
Yes, pets are allowed if they are announced in advance.
Can I cancel or rebook my booking?
You can cancel or rebook your booking yourself in accordance with the booking conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for all the information you need.
Are the rooms in a quiet location?
The rooms are all equally quiet when the windows are closed. The Standard and Superior rooms and some of the Rooftop Studios face the B313, so you may hear the cars when the windows are open. All other rooms face the Neckarpark, where it is quieter. A background noise from the Neckar weir, citizens who are in the park, noises from the outdoor terrace of the restaurant or beer garden can occasionally occur.
We would also like to point out that the outdoor areas in front of the hotel will be redesigned in the course of 2026, which may result in construction noise during the day. We ask for your understanding.
Are the rooms climate-neutral or sustainably furnished?
The entire building is built sustainably, which is why we are aiming for the DGNB Gold certificate. To achieve this, an independent auditor checks every material used for harmful substances, etc. Social and economic aspects are also examined. We also attach great importance to sustainability and avoiding artificial materials and substances when furnishing the rooms.
Is there room service?
We do not offer room service.
Can I book a room for a longer stay?
Yes, you can. There is an extra long-stay rate for this. Our Rooftop Studios are equipped with a kitchenette and are particularly suitable for long-term stays. Please send your request to: info@belsers-hotel.de
Can I store my bike or sports equipment in the room?
We have a lockable bicycle garage for your bicycle, which is located below the outdoor terrace on the first floor. You can open the lock with your room card. We have no special storage facilities for sports equipment.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes, our hotel has 42 parking spaces on the hotel’s own parking level. These can be reserved in advance. If this is full, additional parking spaces are available at the neighboring indoor pool.
There are also 6 e-charging stations available.
Does the hotel have a fitness studio?
No, the hotel does not have its own fitness studio. However, we do cooperate with the “N20” premium fitness studio opposite.
Where can I get the ribbon?
You can obtain the wristband at reception during reception opening hours.
What happens if I don't make it to reception on time?
To collect the fitness band before 8 a.m., the wristband must be collected by 8 p.m. the evening before. After 8 pm, we will leave the wristband in the restaurant until 10 pm. (Except Sundays)
How do I get to the gym?
Your wristband gives you access to the fitness studio by scanning the wristband at the entrance.

Can I take part in the courses?
You can take part in all courses at the fitness studio. Course schedule
How do I return the ribbon?
You can return the ribbon at reception.
After reception opening hours, the ribbon must be returned to the key box provided.
What happens if I lose the ribbon?
A credit card guarantee must be provided when the fitness wristband is handed over. If you lose or damage the wristband, we will charge you a fee of €40.00. (replacement costs + loss)
