Can I choose the amount of the voucher?
Yes, the amount is freely selectable.

You can buy the voucher online and print it out directly.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Our vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue until the end of the year. If your voucher exceeds this period, please contact us by e-mail.
Can I redeem the voucher for all services? (Hotel,Restaurant,Spa)
Yes, the voucher can be used in any hotel area.
Does the voucher have to be redeemed all at once?
The voucher can also be redeemed in installments. Payment of the remaining amount is unfortunately excluded.
Can I transfer the voucher to another person?
Yes, you can pass on the voucher without any problems. It is not tied to a specific person.
